About

Education
I hold a Master of Science in User Experience Engineering, which I completed with distinction in Scotland in 2017. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science (Cognitive Informatics). Both theses focused extensively on topics related to human-computer interaction and user experience, combining analytical depth with a strong emphasis on practical application. In addition, I am a state-certified IT specialist in application development.
Professional Background
My enthusiasm for technology began early: at the age of ten, I started exploring computers in depth and soon after began programming. From 2003 onward, I built websites — initially for personal projects, later for friends and clients — including a self-developed content management system written in PHP.
In 2008, I developed my first iPhone app using Objective-C, gaining early hands-on experience in mobile application development.
Since 2017, I have been working professionally as a UX designer. Until early 2026, I was involved in technology- and innovation-driven projects within the automotive industry. In this context, I designed digital products, developed user-centered concepts, created prototypes, and collaborated closely with interdisciplinary development teams.
Alongside my UX work, I have continuously deepened my technical expertise, with a strong focus on mobile development using Swift and SwiftUI. My work is characterized by the close interplay of conceptual strength, technical feasibility, and a high standard for both design quality and code.

What Drives Me
I firmly believe that great digital products emerge when user-centered thinking and technical understanding are consistently brought together. Thanks to my long-standing experience in UX design and my solid background in software development, I am able to bridge these perspectives and act as a strong link between design and engineering.
I enjoy working in teams, value diverse viewpoints, and place great importance on open and constructive collaboration. During my master's studies, I also volunteered as an ambassador for STEM Scotland, inspiring young people to engage with technology.
What Else Interests Me
For many years, I have been deeply interested in urban mobility and cycling infrastructure, particularly the role of cargo bikes in everyday life and the integration of cycling with public transport. I also regularly listen to podcasts on topics such as technology, society, and urban development. In my spare time, I enjoy hands-on creative projects — ranging from 3D printing to traditional DIY work.
